  1. Wonderful show. Bring on more. It would be great if the speakers could go into more depth about nicotine addiction – it is always passed over in favor of talking about other drugs. My experience is the nicotine is the worst addiction. No-one wants to talk about it because it a legal drug, acceptable in so many parts of society but I believe that for thesse reasons it is the most deadly one to deal with.

  3. At last! Finally these ideas are reaching the broad public. Once they start to be accepted, we will start to see wide-reaching changes in the way that we think and therefore react to the various situations in our lives. Once you get the hang of ‘mindfulness’ (mastering your thoughts instead of letting them master you), everything becomes easier, the world seems wonderful, and even when you are in a bad mood, it doesn’t last as long or go as deep. This is the next phase of the human journey, and it is a wonderful one!

  4. My Web site currently is out? I have some knowledge of multiple minds, body and spirit approaches to personal wholeness. I watched with intense interest the 2nd episode with appreciation of the sincerity of the quests. I missed the first episode unfortunately. The wind down, LET ME TELL YOU HOW MATERIALLY WELL OFF I AM, reminded me of a long ago comedy show. Can you top this? Also, City Slickers, “When you have, IT, you will know it. Just wondering if knowing or showing is Number ONE Thanks, for the opportunity to participate with a response.
